Williams F1 introduces new title partner ahead of 2025 season
Software company Atlassian named new title partner of Williams F1
The 2025 Formula 1 season will begin to take shape later this week when Williams will launch the FW47, their challenger for the upcoming campaign, at Silverstone on Friday. During that launch, the team will introduce a special one-off livery for this season’s British Grand Prix.
They will also have a new title partner whose branding will be prominently featured on that livery.
Today Williams announced that software company Atlassian is the team’s new title partner, beginning with the 2025 season. Under the deal the software company becomes the team’s Official Title Partner, Official Technology Partner, and Official Collaboration Software partner. According to an announcement from Williams, the partnership is a “multi-year commitment,” and stands as “the biggest partnership deal in Williams’ 48-year history, [recognizing] its position as an icon of one of the most-popular and fastest-growing sports on the planet. It is another vote of confidence in the team’s comeback plan to transform and deliver future World Championship success.”
The partnership includes a new logo that the team unveiled on social media, with the logo displayed prominently on the team’s race kits:

A partnership that epitomises teamwork, with a joint pursuit of sporting success.
This is @Atlassian Williams Racing
“I am delighted to welcome Atlassian into Formula 1 and our evolution into Atlassian Williams Racing. Attracting a title partnership of this size and significance is a momentous day in our team’s illustrious history and a major milestone in our comeback transformation,” said Williams Team Principal James Vowles. “We are putting in place all the right ingredients to get this team back to the front of the grid, and in Atlassian we have a partner that through its technology and tools will help unleash our full potential by improving teamwork and collaboration right across the organisation. Our values and ambition align perfectly, and I’m excited about what we can achieve together.”
In addition to a new title partner, Williams has a new driver lineup for the 2025 season. Carlos Sainz Jr. joins the team after driving for Ferrari the past three seasons, and will drive alongside Alexander Albon.
Both drivers are on multi-year deals with the team, similar to Williams’ new title partner.
