Obinna Ekufu wins Euroleague NextGen Munich Qualifier

Obinna Ekufu has won the NextGen Euroleague Munich Qualifier with his U18 Next Gen Team Munich, who went 4-0 through the tournament.
Ekufu, who now attends Barking Abbey and was originally a product of the Haringey Heat program, had his best performance with a 7-point, 6-rebound effort in just 15 minutes in their opener against Bologna.
He finished averaging 3.8 points, 3.5 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 13 minutes per game.
If Ekufu ends up suiting up in the finals that will coincide with the Euroleague Final Four in Abu Dhabi, he will have a chance to join Kareem Queeley as the only British winners of the Euroleague junior tournament.
