The Boozers Picked A Great Weekend To Visit Duke
The Brotherhood turned out in a big way
As you probably know, there was a lot going on with Duke Basketball this weekend. The Boozer twins were in for an unofficial visit and they went to the Duke-Elon football game along with the team.
Here’s a nice picture of this year’s team, joined by the GOAT Mike Krzyzewski and OB (Original Brotherhood) member Jay Bilas.
Jahlil Okafor was in town and he had some nice things to say about being a Blue Devil. Justin Robinson brought some swag out for DJ Steward and Trevor Keels.
Dereck Lively, Mark Williams and Khaman Maluach posed for a picture and argued about who is tallest. Williams talked about how glad he was to be back and what he missed. Lively looks pensive here.
Fellow big man Marques Bolden sat with Tyrese Proctor and Isaiah Evans and dispensed some Brotherhood wisdom.
Even the Secretary of Defense dropped by and posed with some trophies.
Kidding! It was Shane Battier, who teamed up with Boozer dad Carlos to help win the 2001 National Championship.
Zion Williamson, Jayson Tatum and Paolo Banchero might have wanted to come back, we can’t know, but they are in China for Nike’s Jordan Brand. Williamson seems to have enjoyed the Great Wall.
By the way, here are the newest Jordan Zion3 shoes: “Galaxy.”
The Boozers have a big decision ahead of them and we can’t know what they are thinking, but it’s safe to say this: no matter what they do, Miami and Florida can’t match what Duke just did.
