2024 Olympics: Round 3 tee times, Nelly Korda looks to take complete advantage of Moving Day
Will Nelly Korda be among the players who make the biggest moves in round 3 of the women’s golf competition at the 2024 Olympics?
The women’s golf competition at the 2024 Olympics is halfway over, as 36 holes remain. Round 3 begins early Friday morning, around 3 a.m. ET. is on Peacock and will air until the end of play.
Team USA has all three players under par and within seven shots of the leader, Switzerland’s Morgane Metraux. Nelly Korda and Rose Zhang shot 2-under 70, while Lilia Vu shot 1-over 73.
She fired off a 6-under 66 to sit at 8-under total and lead China’s Ruoning Yin by one shot. Yin signed for a bogey-free 7-under 65 after she shot even par on Wednesday.
New Zealand and two-time Olympic medalist Lydia Ko carded a 5-under 67 to move 10 spots into solo third.
Round 1’s leader, Celine Boutier, struggled as she dropped down the leaderboard. The Frenchwoman shot a 4-over 76 to sit tied sixth at 3-under overall.
