Five-star Darryn Peterson planning visits this summer

Darryn Peterson, the five-star Class of 2025 shooting guard from Huntington Prep (WV), is planning several visits this summer.
The 6-foot-5 guard will visit Washington, Michigan, USC, Ohio State Kansas and South Carolina between June-August, his father told ZAGSBLOG.
He will visit Washington in June, and Michigan in late July/early August after both schools recently re-offered.
Peterson is working with a top eight of Kentucky, Kansas, North Carolina, Arkansas, Ohio State, Baylor, Indiana and Michigan. He took an official visit to Kentucky for Big Blue Madness in October.
“Kentucky will definitely be a school that we revisit,” his father said.

Peterson is considered one of the top prospects in high school basketball regardless of class and a future NBA lottery pick.
“He’s a killer,” one NBA scout told ZAGSBLOG. “He’s my favorite to watch.
“And I like his approach. He goes hard at everyone.”
