How can fans tune into the PGA Championship? Here is everything you need to know about the second major of the year.

The PGA Tour and LIV Golf players are in Louisville, Ky., for the second major of the year. Valhalla Golf Club is hosting its fourth PGA Championship after a 10-year hiatus from this event.

This historic track will give fans another memorable PGA Championship after Oak Hill did not disappoint in 2023. The best players in the world are back together to fight for that illustrious Wanamaker Trophy.

Defending champion Brooks Koepka will look to add another major onto his resume while World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler will be back competing after the birth of his child.

How to Watch The PGA Championship

Fans will have plenty of options for tuning into the PGA Championship at Valhalla Golf Club. There will be wire-to-wire 72-hole coverage on CBS Sports, ESPN, ESPN 2, ESPN+ and Paramount+.

Coverage will begin at noon on Thursday and Friday. Saturday and Sunday’s broadcasts will start at 10 a.m. ET. However, streaming platforms will offer fans much more.

How to Stream The PGA Championship

ESPN+ will air PGA Tour Live’s main feed all four days of play beginning at 7:00 a.m. ET on Thursday and Friday and at 8 a.m. ET on Saturday and Sunday.

In addition, fans can tune into CBS Sports streaming service Paramount+ for weekend coverage.

Some of the biggest names in golf will square off at the historic track in Kentucky.

World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler is looking to win his second major of the year. Brooks Koepka will look to defend his 2023 title. Then there is Rory McIlroy, the last PGA Tour player to win a PGA Championship at this venue.

These three players have one thing in common right now: They are all coming off wins in their most recent start.

Koepka won the LIV Singapore tournament. Scheffler won the RBC Heritage on the heels of his Masters mastery, and McIlroy won the Wells Fargo Championship.

Scheffler has not played since Hilton Head as he awaited the birth of his first child. He could be well rested, or this break could prove costly as he had won four of his previous five starts. McIlroy appears to be hitting his stride and feels like the stars are aligning after his fourth win at Quail Hollow.

However, there are other guys to watch at Valhalla. Tiger Woods is back in action for the first time since the Masters. He won here back in 2000. While he is a long shot, it is always something to note when Woods is in the field.

Ludvig Åberg, Collin Morikawa, Justin Thomas, Max Homa and Xander Schauffele are a few more names to watch this week.

Åberg finished runner-up to Scheffler in Augusta, and this track fits his game well. Morikawa and Homa also came close in Augusta.

Schauffele went ice cold in Charlotte Sunday and lost by five to McIlroy. However, it is only a matter of time until he gets a major title. Michael Block is in the field as well after finishing T15 in last year’s PGA Championship. He could make things interesting after he set the course record at Valhalla on a scouting trip.

There will be 15 LIV golfers in the field, including Talor Gooch, who received a special invitation.

It is anyone’s game this week, as Valhalla is sure to challenge the best of the players.
