Fabulous season for the Flyer Softball team. They came close last year with a 30-win season and have followed that up with a 33-19 record so far this year. They won both the regular season and the A10 Tourney - without needing the double elimination card - to secure the auto bid to their first NCAA Tournament.
Selection Sunday is today. They will be placed in a regional 4-team quad to play a double elimination format. We will follow along under this thread.
Chris R noted softball at this level is 80% about pitchers and we have pitchers. We also have the A10 Coach of the Year in Cara Clark and POY in outfielder Emma Schutter. Plus the A10 Tournament MVP Infielder Chloe Wong.
