TRADE idea(s): Klay Thompson + Chris Paul for D'Angelo Russell

Klay Thompson's value is at an all-time low right now. All the sports articles are writing the Warriors' obituary. I don't think he'll willingly leave Golden State unless they REALLY stiff him, but they may entertain a trade...

I guess the swap is more CP3 coming over to us and a straight up swap of Klay Thompson (at 20 mil) and D'Angelo Russell. Would you do it?

What about if you expanded the trade to get more of the Warriors' headaches out?

K. Thompson + Chris Paul + Draymond Green for D'Angelo Russell + Austin Reaves/Rui Hachimura?

I don't know if I'd be willing to lose Austin Reaves, but Rui for Dray is a big for a big... the Warriors get a sweet-shooting big man, while the Lakers get tougher with Green willing to do all the rough stuff that Davis doesn't wanna do full-time. It'll be our counter for Jokic.
