[Women's Soccer] WU Knocked out in Opening Round by No. 1 Keiser
Westcliff was welcomed to the NAIA Women's Soccer National Championship by the No. 1 team in the country and Opening Round host Keiser. The Warriors had some experience going against nationally-ranked favorites, having topped California Pacific Conference regular season champion Embry-Riddle 1-0 last Saturday in Riverside, Calif., to claim the tournament title. But the Seahawks proved to be too much for WU to take down as they rolled to a 3-1 win in West Palm Beach, Fla. The loss eliminates WU from the postseason after compiling a 12-5-2 overall record in only its third season of competition.
