Not sure what the heck happened to the original thread on Jason but in any case he's part of the 2023 recruiting class.

We are recruiting him as a DB. Today per Rivals Sam Kwiatkowski , Steve Clinkscale tired to swoop in and offer him. Clinkscale has apparently failed up to Michigan these days.
Hewlett has been committed to UC since 2021. Clinkscale is probably one of the worst DB coaches UC has ever had in recent memory. He was the guy responsible for the brigade of DBs in the Tuberville era that never turned around for the ball, like ever.
The kid could flip to Michigan becuase blue blood school but I think that would would be a huge mistake considering who we've elevated to the league under the current staff.
