How to watch Warriors vs. Pelicans

Tip-off for the 8th regular season game is just a couple of hours away!

The Golden State Warriors will play against the New Orleans Pelicans tonight for their 8th game of the regular season. Tonight’s game will be played at the Chase Center in San Francisco at 7pm and can be watched on ESPN.

Golden State has bounced back after losing their first game of season by winning their previous two. Their most recent game against the Charlotte Hornets resulted in a 114-92 Warriors win. On the other hand, the Pelicans most recent game was on Wednesday where they loss to the Sacramento Kings, 99-112.

The Warriors have been playing well to start the season, however their biggest issue has been turnovers. Over the stretch of the last 3 games, the Warriors are averaging the second most turnovers with 18.7 per game. Stephen Curry has also struggled to find his usual success from deep. It is still early in the season, but he is shooting 37.4% from the three-point line. Although this is fine for most players, this is below Curry’s career three-point average of 43.2%. Nevertheless, we all know that when it comes to Steph, he can get crazy hot and change all of this at any minute when he is on the court. Look for the Warriors and Steph to put it all together against a struggling Pelicans team who has only 1 win on the season.
