Cal signs 2021 three-star forward Obinna Anyanwu

In a surprise move Friday, Class of 2021 forward Obinna Anyanwu signed his National Letter of Intent with California.
The 6-foot-7, 215-pound small forward from Cathedral Catholic (CA) High School, chose Cal over offers from Colorado, Georgia Tech, Miami, Texas, Tulane and USC, among others.
He did not publicly announce his commitment prior to signing.
Ranked by 247Sports.com as the No. 24 power forward and No. 137 overall prospect in the Class of 2021, Anyanwu joins guards Marsalis Roberson and Sam Alajiki as the third commit in Cal’s 2021 class.
