UAlbany basketball to face Minnesota, Marquette as part of Tip-Off Tournament

The first remnants of the 2020-21 University at Albany basketball schedule were released Monday, when the school announced its participation in the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame Tip-Off Tournament at Mohegan Sun Arena.
Under the tournament format, the Great Danes will play four times as part of their nonconference schedule, including a Wednesday, Nov. 11, trip to Minnesota and a Saturday, Nov. 14, game at Marquette in what is labeled the "campus' part of the tournament. UAlbany has never played either of those schools.
