It’s been 13 years since the point guard went under the knife after a gruesome injury.

It has been 13 years since former Warriors’ point guard Shaun Livingston got surgery on his knee after a gruesome injury left him unsure if his career would continue.

Livingston was picked No. 4 overall in the 2004 NBA Draft coming out of high school and was gradually improving before the injury forced him to miss all but 12 games during the 2007-08 and 2008-09 seasons.

The point guard joined the Dubs for the 2014-15 season, helping the Warriors win their first of three championships over an historic five-year run.

Kerr had some high praise for Livingston:

Livingston retired prior to the start of the 2019-20 season. He averaged 5.4 points and 2.6 assists over his five-year run with the Warriors.

I used to love watching Livingston shoot the pull-up jumpers over smaller defenders, or his turnaround jump shot from the post.

What is your favorite memory from Livingston’s time in the Bay Area?
