2019-2020 Lakers a similar look to the 2009-2010 Lakers? A fun view comparing players
The excitement for the upcoming season is one we haven't had in the last 6 years so it got me to look at the team in every way possible to bypass time.
So here I will just compare the guys from our last championship run to the team assembled this year. I wont go in depth on the comparisons as they are for fun and I wanted to leave that up to you guys in the comments.
Lebron James= Kobe Bryant
Anthony Davis= Pau Gasol
Kuzma= Lamar Odom
Cousins= Andrew Bynum
Green= Defense Metta World Peace
Bradley= Jordan Farmar
Rondo= Derek Fisher
Caruso= Sasha "The Machine" Vujacic
McGee= DJ Mbenga
KCP= Shannon Brown
Jarrod Dudley= Crazy Metta World Peace
Troy Daniels= Luke Walton
Now all these comparisons aren't exact obviously but I think its fun to look back and look at this roster and you see some similarities in structure and circumstances with the players.
