[Women's Basketball] 2019 Women's Basketball Tournament Preview

The Golden State Athletic Conference Women's Basketball Tournament is set to begin on February 28 at Menlo College in Atherton, CA. It took until the final week to determine the seeding for the women's tournament. The top seed was claimed by The Master's University, who was the GSAC regular season champions and the second seed will be Westmont College. Both teams will receive a first round bye. The winner of conference tournament will earn the GSAC's automatic bid to the NAIA Division 1 National Championship in Billings, MT. GSAC currently has six of the top 27 teams in the nation. Those six teams have combined for a record of 128-47 this season. The tournament should be highly competitive.
