[Women's Soccer] UAV Tops NAIA Women's Soccer With 12 Scholar-Athletes
Antelope Valley put an exclamation point on a solid season by leading the nation with 12 student-athletes on the 2018 Daktronics NAIA Women's Soccer Scholar-Athletes. UAV was one of the six member institutions finished with at least 10 honorees. The 2018 list features 732 student-athletes that achieved at least a 3.5 cumulative grade point average at their institution. In all, a record 43 California Pacific Conference student-athletes earned a spot on the list, with Cal Pac champion Embry-Riddle landing eight on the postseason academic list, and Soka University of America adding seven.
