2018 Triple Crown schedule
Justify goes for history on June 9 in New York.
Justify is undefeated in five races in his career, including wins at the Kentucky Derby at Churchill Downs and at the Preakness Stakes at Pimlico Race Course. He has one more race to run in trying to become the second Triple Crown winner in the last 40 years.
The Belmont Stakes is the final leg for Justify, to be run on June 9 in New York.
American Pharoah achieved greatness in 2015 with wins at all three races. He was one of only four horses in the last 10 years to win even the first two races of the Triple Crown, along with Big Brown (2008), I’ll Have Another (2012) and California Chrome (2014).
With that in mind, here is the 2018 schedule for the Triple Crown races.
