76ers vs. Celtics 2018 live stream: Time, TV channel, and how to watch Game 1 online

The 76ers and Celtics will renew playoff hostilities with Game 1 on Monday.

The Philadelphia 76ers and Boston Celtics are old pros when it comes to playoff rivalries with one another, though it’s been awhile since the former was good enough to keep it going. But in this Eastern Conference semifinal matchup, they should be more than up to the task of giving the Celtics a run for their money.

Game 1 of the series tips off on Monday evening at 8 p.m. ET on TNT (live streaming via WatchTNT) from the TD Garden in Boston.

Boston is coming off a full seven-game series against the Milwaukee Bucks. They took the most recent outing, 112-96. Al Horford leads the way for them, with 18.1 points per game over the course of the series against the Bucks. Terry Rozier and Jaylen Brown also played quite well, but had some issues with consistency over the series.

Philadelphia is coming off a five-game series win over the MIami Heat, losing only Game 2 while soundly defeating them in three of the other four — only one was close. The last was six days ago, when the 76ers took a 104-91 win at home and have had plenty of time to rest up.

JJ Redick has led the way with an average of 20 points per game against the Heat, while Ben Simmons has been doing great work as well, and averaged 37.6 minutes per game in that series.

The Celtics went 3-1 against the 76ers in the regular season. Joel Embiid was the star of the one game Philadelphia won, putting up 26 points, 18 rebounds and six assists. Markelle Fultz did not play in any of those games.

Below is all you need to know to watch Game 1, on TV and online.
