Gamethread: Warriors look to keep the momentum against Pacers

0

Golden State takes on another team that’s jockeying for playoff position.

The last game the Golden State Warriors played was against an Oklahoma City Thunder team that was fighting for playoff positioning. Now, they play an Indiana Pacers team featuring a pair of valuable ex-Thunder players, that is also jockeying for position.

Anytime the Dubs play a playoff team featuring a player as good as Victor Oladipo, you can prepare yourself for a fun game.

The Warriors will still be without Andre Iguodala, but it looks like Nick Young and Kevon Looney will be playing, despite the flu-like symptoms that the two have been dealing with.

This Pacers team is playing really good basketball, and has star power in Oladipo. But more importantly, it’s a very meaningful game for them given the race for positioning in the Eastern Conference.

Here’s hoping the Dubs can do what they did against the Thunder, and put together a strong performance as they seek to gain momentum without Steph Curry.
