The Heat point guard is now an All-Star.

Goran Dragic is the newest member of Team LeBron.

The NBA announced on Thursday that Dragic, the 31-year-old Heat point guard, has replaced injured Cavaliers forward Kevin Love on LeBron James’ All-Star team. Love injured his left hand Monday in Detroit and is expected to miss 6-8 weeks.

This marks Dragic’s first career All-Star appearance and comes as he is averaging 17 points and 4.8 assists per game. He has been the best player on the Heat this season, and a major reason they are currently fourth in the Eastern Conference.

Per the NBA’s announcement, Dragic received the most points from NBA head coaches among players from the Eastern Conference who were selected as reserves or, in the case of Pistons center Andre Drummond, named as an injury replacement.

The 2018 All-Star game takes place on Sunday, Feb. 18 in Los Angeles and airs at 8 p.m. on TNT.
