The Coaches:
Nicole Midder is in her first season as the head women's basketball coach at Friends University.
No stranger to the program, Midder has been a part of the women's basketball program as an assistant coach for the past six seasons, where she assisted in leading the team to three KCAC regular season championship titles and five NAIA National Tournament appearances, including a pair of "Sweet 16" appearances.
Midder is excited and count it as a privilege to be able to continue her journey with the program. She has done a remarkable job continuing a culture of success both on and off the court in just a short time and taking this already successful program to new heights.
Born in Okinawa, Japan and raised in Dallas, Texas, she proudly served her country for eight years in the United States Army. Midder also played four years of collegiate basketball.
In May of 2012, Midder graduated from Friends University with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice.

Up Next: The Falcons will play at (RV) Oklahoma Wesleyan University next Wednesday evening (Jan. 17) at 6 pm in Bartlesville, Okla.
It's shaping to be a big matchup in the league, as OKWU is currently tied for second with Tabor at 8-3, one game behind the Falcons. Friends won the first matchup between the two schools 89-80 back on Nov. 21 in Wichita.
