THIS WEEK
· The Dakota State (S.D.) University Trojan men's basketball team (5-4 overall record, 0-0 NSAA record, receiving votes in the first edition of the NAIA Division II Men's Basketball Coaches' regular-season Top 25 national poll) opens up their North Star Athletic Association conference play with two games this weekend at DSU Fieldhouse (1302 N. Washington Ave.).
· The Trojans play their first six North Star conference games at DSU Fieldhouse, starting Friday evening versus No. 18-ranked Jamestown (N.D.) (9-2 overall record, 0-0 NSAA conference). Tip-off is set for 7:30 p.m. in Madison.
· DSU continues their North Star conference play on Sunday afternoon, hosting Presentation (S.D.) (4-4 overall record, 0-0 NSAA). The game is set for 4 p.m.
· The Trojans play four of the next five games at DSU Fieldhouse. Dakota State travels to Orange City, Iowa to take on top-ranked Northwestern (Iowa) next Saturday before coming back home on Dec. 16-17 for another pair of North Star conference games versus Bellevue (Neb.) and Mayville State (N.D.).
