Alex Foster hopes to make his one year at UAlbany memorable

No worries about a one-and-done college basketball career here. For Alex Foster, the college experience has been three-schools-and-still-not-done.

Foster, a 6-foot-8 senior forward for the University at Albany, is with his third Division I program in five years. He already has his undergraduate degree in sports communication from Bradley University and is enrolled in the Master's program at UAlbany for Africana Studies.

Because he has a degree, Foster was able to capitalize on an NCAA rule that allows graduate transfers to change schools without having to sit out a season.

"This is like the last hurrah for him," UAlbany coach Will Brown said Monday.
