[Volleyball] KCAC Fall Fling Day 1: Bethel Defeats Friends, Falls to OKWU

HUTCHINSON, Kan. - The Bethel volleyball team took part in the inaugural KCAC Fall Fling, a mid-season conference tournament, last Friday and Saturday in the Hutchinson Sports Arena. Bethel opened action against Friends University, a team Bethel had lost 10 straight matches against. The Lady Threshers hit the accelerator against the Falcons, capitalized on all mistakes their opponents made, and defeated Friends in four sets (10-25, 25-22, 25-20, 25-21). They later played Oklahoma Wesleyan that evening, but were only able to squeeze one set win against the Eagles in the loss (18-25, 25-17, 25-20, 25-15).
