Nerlens Noel just signed his 1-year qualifying offer with Dallas. Because that's only about 4 million, it means they have about 12 million in cap space (according to article at ESPN). They also have an expiring contract in Josh McRoberts at 6 million - combine those and you're in the ballpark of trading for Deng's contract (I think there would have to be another small contract included on Dallas' side to satisfy the salary matching rules).
Not sure if Dallas would be willing to take on Deng in order to get a FRP or two, but they are another team who actually has a big chunk of cap space to make it possible (the others being Philadelphia and Chicago)
