Heat's Norvel Pelle obliterated 2 shots without mercy within seconds of each other at Summer League
These were vicious.
I’m a big fan of Norvel Pelle, a 6’11 hyperathletic center who turned pro before even playing in college a few years back. Here’s what he can do.

Pelle was supposed to get his chance this year during Summer League, but then the Miami Heat big man was buried when the team traded for A.J. Hammons. Pelle only played one game before this, a nine-minute appearance where he committed five fouls but blocked three shots. On Saturday, he appeared again, blocking three more shots in just eight minutes, notably those two above.
He does that a lot, as seen here.
Pelle isn’t the most polished player, but if you want an athletic 7-footer (basically) who can block shots, there’s no reason not to bring him in. How many of those are there really out there?
