Frank Ntilikina’s schedule will make you tired just reading it
The potential lottery pick will fly back to France for Game 5 after Thursday’s draft.
At 7 a.m. Thursday morning, potential lottery pick Frank Ntilikina worked out at Carmelo Anthony’s gym in New York City. It was the start to what could be the best day in the life of the 19-year-old French player, who is slated to go between picks No. 7 and 10 in Thursday’s NBA Draft.
But the workout paled in comparison to what Ntilikina endured in previous days and will return to on Friday.

Ntilikina’s French basketball team, Strasboug, has made it to the French league Finals. They won Game 4 on Monday against Chalon-Sur-Saone. The next day, according to Marc Berman of the New York Post, Ntilikina boarded a flight from France to New York.

After his workout Thursday morning, the point guard who some compare to George Hill could be selected in the top-10 of the draft. Our own college basketball maven Ricky O’Donnell has Ntilikina going No. 8 to the Knicks.
And right after the draft, where’s the French guard going? To the airport onto an international flight back to France the decisive Game 5.
That’s the kind of dedication Knicks fans should yearn for in their floor general. And if this is any indication of what he’s bringing to the NBA, whichever team lands Ntilikina should be pleased.
