Three different winners for the three triple crown races in 2017.

Tapwrit captured the 149th running of the Belmont Stakes on Saturday, winning the third leg of the triple crown.

It was a wide-open field at Belmont Park, with Kentucky Derby winner Always Dreaming and Preakness winner Cloud Computing not in the 11-horse field. Tapwrit overcame pre-race favorite Irish War Cry down the stretch to capture the third leg of the triple crown.

For winning the 1½-mile race, Tapwrit takes home $800,000 in prize money. Irish War Cry wins $280,000 for finishing in second place, and one-eyed horse Patch gets $150,000 for third place. Gormley gets $100,000 for fourth place. The total prize money for the Belmont Stakes is $1.5 million.

Here are the individual betting payouts.
