Titans House - Season tix in new stadium

I’m getting hit up to go see “Titans House” to hear the Titans’ pitch on buying seats in the new Titans stadium.
Has anyone else been there yet?

I’m interested more in how much they want to bankrupt me to sit by foul-mouthed drunks before I take the time to go.
