Ohio Issue 1, August 8, 2023 election

I got a text that this Monday July 10 is the last day to register to vote if you want to vote in the August 8, 2023 Ohio election.

I am not sure what is on the ballot other than Issue 1. Issue 1 is a statewide vote iinm, so this is a statewide election iinm.

I am not sure what Issue 1 is. Something about changing? the % of the Ohio House and Senate votes needed to amend the Ohio constitution iinm.
