[Cal Pac] Cal Pac Adds Senior Woman Leader Council to Governance Structure

The California Pacific Conference Directors Council unanimously approved the addition of the Senior Woman Leader (SWL) Council to the conference's governance structure at its recent Summer meetings. The Cal Pac's action is a full year ahead of the NAIA's direction to add the SWL role on campuses, a requirement which takes effect nationally in August of 2023.
