Report: Siena men's basketball assistant Antoni Wyche leaving for Notre Dame

The timing comes just Siena gets ready to begin summer workouts on Tuesday. Wyche was heavily involved in the recruiting of the incoming freshmen class of guards Javian McCollum, Jared Billups and Taihland Owens, as well as transfer forward Jordan Kellier from Utah.
Maciariello said in May that Wyche would move from defensive coordinator to sharing offensive duties with Maciariello.
“Antoni did a great job on the defense, and now for him, it’s another way for him to grow to become a head coach,” Maciariello said then.
