Takoma Park, MD - The Washington Adventist University men's basketball team hosted Ave Maria University Wednesday in a Holiday Hoops contest. The Shock defeated Ave Maria last season by three points. Both programs ahead the evening cracked the NAIA DII Top 25 Coaches Poll. The Shock earned the #11 seed while Ave Maria earned the #13 seed.
