It is with great courage and a full heart that Lloyd Leonidus Pate went peacefully with God on the Fourth of July 2019. A devout family man and friend, he will forever be remembered as someone who lit up the room. Like his father before him, Lloyd built his character on principles rooted in humble upbringings. The ideals that defined him stemmed from hard work and persistence born from those who influenced him. Friends of Lloyd understand that it could be best said, "Courage is being scared to death and saddling up anyway – John Wayne''.
