[Softball] Threshers produce 21 hits & 18 runs in sweep of Central Christian

NORTH NEWTON, Kan. - Unpleasant temperatures were ignored by the Thresher fans this afternoon at Wedel Field as the Bethel softball team (4-5) heated up their bats and lit up the scoreboard against the Central Christian Tigers (3-6). In the two games played, Bethel put up 21 total hits with 18 runs, as they made their way through the Tigers with aggressive hitting. Bethel took care of business with a 6-4 victory in Game 1, before coming back and run-ruling the Tigers 12-4 in only five innings.
