Tulane swingman Melvin Frazier quits for NBA Draft
NEW ORLEANS (AP) - Tulane men's basketball junior swingman Melvin Frazier will forgo his final year of eligibility and hire representation as he moves toward a professional career.
The university announced Frazier's decision Wednesday.
