First Residential and Commercial Property Management Bachelor’s Degree on West Coast to be launched at NSC

North Seattle College (NSC) will soon offer the only property management bachelor’s degree on the West Coast. The new Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) degree in Residential and Commercial Property Management (RCPM) launches in fall 2018 and will help meet a huge regional need for trained property managers in the midst of Seattle’s building boom.
