Meyer: NCAA has 'hands tied behind their backs'
COLUMBUS — In the the wake of college basketball’s massive bribery scandal for which federal prosecutors filed charges, Ohio State football coach Urban Meyer was asked Wednesday if something similar could be taking place in college football.
