Bido makes his second start of 2025

The Athletics hit the road this weekend after a disappointing and fan-demoralizing series sweep at the hands of the Chicago Cubs at home in West Sacramento. The A’s hope to get back into winning form against the Colorado Rockies who have had some struggles themselves early this season. They come into today’s game at Coors Field in Denver with a 1-5 record straight from being swept at home by the Philadelphia Phillies.

Osvaldo Bido, a 29-year-old righty, takes the mound today against the homestanding Rox. Bido has made one start this season and logged a victory in a 5-inning outing giving up one run on three hits and four walks while striking out four. He’ll be facing off against 28-year-old right-hander Ryan Feltner. Feltner has also started just one game this season and threw five innings, giving up two earned runs on four hits and one walk while striking out five.
