[Men's Cross Country] James Finishes Second at 2018 NJCAA Region XIX Championships

Freshman Patrick James (FR/Springfield, PA) feel behind early and could not make up the distance down the stretch, but still managed to finish second at the 2018 NJCAA Region XIX championships, held in Dover Delaware.  Overall, despite a depleted line-up, Williamson still finished a very repsctable 6th out of 16 teams.

Williamson was looking for its first ever individual Region XIX champion in Cross Country but it was not to be.  Still, James had an incredible race and will now look to the USCAA National Championships on November 8 and 9 in Virginia Beach, Viginia.  His second place finish on Saturday is the hightest finish ever by a Williamson runner at the NJCAA Region championships.
