Grizzlies select Professional Sports Catering, LLC as Food & Beverage Partner

Professional Sports Catering, LLC, (PSC) in conjunction with the Fresno Grizzlies (Pacific Coast League, Triple-A affiliate of the Houston Astros), announced a partnership today. PSC has been selected to bring their expertise to the management of food and beverage operations at Chukchansi Park, including concessions, catering, and staffing for all baseball and entertainment events at the stadium. PSC has the most accounts in Minor League Baseball (29 teams, plus three spring training facilities for a total of 32 stadia).
