VALLEY CITY, N.D. – Dakota State (S.D.) claimed three individual titles and three runner-up honors Thursday afternoon, competing after the first day of the North Star Athletic Association Outdoor Track & Field Championships at John & Diane Hill Track & Field Complex. The two-day conference outdoor meet is hosted by Valley City State (N.D.).
