[Volleyball] Volleyball Drops Pair of Matches in First Action of 2021

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Playing in its first matches in nearly three months, the Avila volleyball team (8-9, 4-4 KCAC) dropped its first two matches of the 2021 portion of the 2020-21 season, falling in three tight sets to Friends (7-9, 3-5 KCAC) before coming up short in a rematch from Halloween against Kansas Wesleyan (11-9, 7-5 KCAC) by the same 3-0 scoreline on Saturday afternoon inside Mabee Fieldhouse in Kansas City.
