KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- After taking care of business at Tabor College on Wednesday, the Avila University women's basketball team (18-11) found itself in the unexpected position of hosting its KCAC semifinal contest Saturday afternoon. With a raucous student section cheering on the team, the Eagles made the most of their home court advantage, downing no. 8 seed Oklahoma Wesleyan University (16-15) by a 72-62 margin.
