[Football] Poe-Evans and Smith Named to CoSIDA NAIA Football Academic All-America Team

AUSTIN, Texas— Trenton Poe-Evans and Eli Smith, both of Kansas Wesleyan University, were named to the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) NAIA Football Academic All-American team, the organization announced Thursday. Poe-Evans, a senior, is majoring in accounting with a 3.79 grade point average. Smith is a graduate student working toward his MBA, earning a 4.0 grade point average. He has an undergraduate degree in business management, where he earned a 3.74 GPA.
