[Men's Soccer] Golden Goal Lifts Scots to Dramatic 2OT Victory
HANNIBAL, Mo. – The Lyon College men's soccer team earned a dramatic win over Hannibal-LaGrange University on Saturday. The Scots and Trojans remained scoreless after 90 minutes. In the second overtime, the Scots broke the scoreless tie as Emanuel Santos scored the golden goal to defeat the Trojans by a score of 1-0.
Lyon is now 5-6 overall and 3-3 in the AMC. Hannibal-LaGrange moves to 2-7-2 and 2-3-1 in the AMC.
