[Women's Soccer] No. 5 Lions Handle Hope International

COSTA MESA, Calif. - After jumping into the top five of the NAIA Coaches' Poll after their victory over the ranked Mustangs of The Master's University last week, the Lions had a lot to live up to. Following a week long hiatus after that 5-1 victory, the Lions returned to the field against GSAC opponents Hope International. With a 25-2-2 all-tme record against Hope Internaitonal entering Thursday's contest, Vanguard looked to snag another win over the Royals, who hold a 6-4 and 1-1 conference record. The Lions did not disapoint, defeating the Royals 3-1.
