MADISON, S.D. – Dakota State (S.D.) remained at No. 23 spot in the NAIA Football Coaches' Postseason Top 25 rankings, the national office announced Tuesday afternoon. National champion Saint Francis (Ind.) owns the No. 1 ranking in the national poll, earning all 13 first-place votes.
