BPAC Umpire Certification Process 2019
During the XXVIII Pan Am Junior Championships 2019, held in Moncton, Canada, Umpires of our region passed the BPAC Umpire Certification Process 2019.
Pan Am Umpires were evaluated during their performance as umpires in the Pan Am Junior 2019 and are now accredited or certified Umpires.
BPAC Deputy President, Mr. Anil Kaul and Technical Officials Chair, Mr. Enrique Charadan, awarded the certificates to:
